      To encourage your snake plant to grow upright, ensure it has adequate light (indirect sunlight is best), rotate the pot periodically for even exposure, use well-draining soil, and avoid overwatering. Providing support with a stake can also help guide its growth vertically. Remember to repot as necessary to prevent the plant from becoming root-bound, which can cause leaning.

  1. Loved this article. I use to have 17 of these plants and would repot every 2 years and give away. One year I was not able to get them out of the winter and they froze. So sad. I think I will buy me a new one and start all over. The trouble I had was the leaves would droop over. Did not know why.
